Originally from the Dominican Republic, Reynaldo understands the determination behind building an American dream. That perspective informs a long-term approach to multifamily real estate: protect the basis, improve the asset, and respect the community it serves.
Active in real estate since 2008, he has built experience from the West Coast to the East Coast and developed a strong portfolio along the way. Through Kings Legacy Capital, he is now focused on acquiring 8–40 unit properties throughout Philadelphia, Bucks County, South Jersey, and Wilmington.
